Fantastic Sourdough Resources

My latest purchase from You Knead Sourdough was their excellent new book - Sourdough made simple. It is beautifully done and full of great recipes and tips for us sourdough enthusiasts. I'm about to try the foccacia recipe. All recipes are accompanied by a clear photo and are very well laid out. I also purchased a double baguette tin from them to try my hand at sourdough baguettes.
