These beautiful bow handle bread knives are handcrafted by skilled woodworkers using locally sourced wood. Each knife is carefully made by hand, resulting in a unique and beautifully functional piece.

They work a little bit different to a normal bread knife - check out the video of us using the sharp serrated knife on a fresh loaf. Makes light work of a crusty sourdough loaf, and can cut super thin slices compared to a normal bread knife!

At last something made for a left hander!!

Pretty happy with the knife as it cuts like a dream, just took a little getting use to the new style for a day or 2. And jars. Perfect for my beginner sourdough levain...I am definitely now a big YNSD fan....
