Used a traditional lame but did not find it very friendly. UFO allows a lot more control, and so easy to store. Love it.

I got the dehydrated sour dough flakes and started two different starters. Both and doing well and make amazing sourdough products. The sourdough pancakes and waffles are such a treat .
