The bench scraper is another product I now couldn't bake without. It's sturdy, comfortable to hold, and cuts and lifts dough effortlessly. I also love that it's made from stainless steel with a wooden handle rather than plastic, so I don't have to worry about plastic coming into contact with my food or adding to microplastic exposure. It makes cleaning the bench after baking quick and easy as well.

The stainless proofing bowl is so handy. I love avoiding the use of plastic wrap. The cotton bag is great too. The bench scraper is by far my favourite tool and it’s high quality and easy to clean. Very happy with everything and it all arrived packaged nicely and delivered quickly.
