I haven't tried it,yet but it looks good so far
This is a great little tool - sharp, easy to use, and makes effective scores. However, some basic instructions would have been great. I spent a heap of time looking for a tiny allen key to open it up, then finally discovered a simple twist opens it. Doh!
We’re glad you’re enjoying the tool’s sharp, easy scoring, Kym! We’re sorry the opening mechanism wasn’t clearer from the start, and we appreciate your helpful feedback about including basic instructions. At least the mystery has now been solved with a twist! 😊

I'd been using a stick shaped bread lame but it was awkward to use. This one is much easier to use for scoring pretty designs on my bread.
Great to hear scoring feels easier and more comfortable now, Bec! We’re thrilled your new Bread Lame is helping you add beautiful designs to every loaf. Have fun getting creative! 😊
